Obviously this is further bad news for the economy in general as more and more retailers report back with poor figures.

It appears as though manufacturers of flat-packed furniture are being targeted by aggressive eco-warriors.

Eco-warriors are upset with flat-pack makers with regard to utilising too much of the planet's natural resources on furniture that simply does not last.

As a result Eco-warriors are now lobbying governments around the world to step-in and make it law that flat-pack furniture should be banned from market immediately.

Ikea are already very worried with the lobbyists and are said to be looking at pro-active ways of having progressive talks with the activists.
